Cairo, Egypt – April 15, 2025 - Arab African Investment Holding (AAIH) announces the commencement of the subscription period for its new equity investment fund, Arab African Investment Holding - Cumulative Return “Kenz” Multi-Issuance Fund, licensed by the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) under license no. 957.  Subscription for the fund opens April 15, 2025, through a public offering available to both institutional and individual investors. Kenz Fund is structured into two distinct issuances, designed to cater to varying investor objectives:

First Issuance: Kenz - Foras

This actively managed issuance focuses on equities listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX), targeting companies and sectors with strong growth potential and trading below fair value. The fund also targets companies undergoing expansions, restructuring, or M&A activity. The fund will also invest in other financial instruments in accordance with investment and regulatory guidelines to enhance diversification and mitigate investment risk.

Second Issuance: Kenz - Shariah

The fund is an investment vehicle for investors seeking Shariah-compliant investment opportunities. This issuance aims to track the EGX33 Shariah Index with a minimum correlation of 80%, while managing tracking error. The fund will invest in companies that represent the index in terms of composition and take into consideration their relative weightings, ensuring adherence to Islamic investment principles.

Hussein El Sherbini, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of AAIH, commented: “We are pleased to launch Kenz Fund at a time when Egyptian equities are trading at compelling valuations and investor appetite—particularly from institutions and private insurance funds-is growing. This fund offers an opportunity for long-term capital appreciation.”

The fund will be managed by Arab African Investment Management (AAIM). Mohamed Mostafa, the Managing Director of AAIM, commented: “Kenz Fund aligns with our broader strategy to offer diverse investment solutions tailored to meet the evolving needs of our clients, whether individuals or institutions. With its two distinct investment offerings, Kenz is especially suited for insurance companies, private insurance funds, and pension funds amid ongoing shifts in their investment policies.
